  • Storrington

The complete refurbishment of a timber framed house. In the kitchen we, particularly, wanted to reflect the beautiful gardens in the colours of the kitchen. We therefore chose warm stone floors, walnut wood, forest greens and, as a final touch, deep copper coloured tiles from Fired Earth.

  • Synergy Bar

Working to a tight budget we refurbished this bar in central Brighton. Aimed at the early twenties age group we reinvigorated it using LED lighting behind Perspex panels, mirrored walls and banquet seating.

  • Ardingly

We loved the challenge to renovate this beautiful house, to design the interiors and to make it work as a comfortable family home. Dating back to 1580 and credited with Grade II listing it has many remarkable original features around which we carefully planned our designs.

  • "Although I had quite a bit of experience of doing up houses, this time around I knew that I just didn’t have the time that is necessary to look for curtain fabrics, paint colours and upholstery fabrics. It really does take time to see what is around and to work out combinations. Because of my experience I have a strong sense of what I like and I was slightly sceptical of what use I would have for an interior designer. However, Georgina proved to be extremely useful. This may be because she doesn’t really fit my image of an interior designer.   She is normal and down to earth but with a very good eye for colour and style. Georgina was able to understand exactly what sort of look I was after and was able to source items that she knew I would like. She also is conscious of budget and never tries to push you towards the more expensive option – which is what I had feared of an interior designer. She really provided two roles for me – firstly as a source of possible fabric choices and secondly as a sounding board for my ideas. In both roles, she was excellent and I couldn’t have done the project without her." Elaine, Withdean Road, Brighton
  • Georgina designed exciting features for an upmarket house we worked on together in Sevenoaks, she had a good eye for colour and textures, which brightened and embellished the spaces we had designed. Carmen Austin Architecture
  • "Georgina was a real asset when planning our kitchen/family room extension. She was always charming and tolerant. As well as interpreting my personal requirements into the kitchen design, she gave lots of good advice on many of the other decisions involved in designing a large room from scratch. The new kitchen has turned out to be a major success and much envied!" Sharie Fetzer, Foxfield House

A good interior designer can make the difference between a good design and a stunning design giving that extra wow factor to your project.
